We had the pleasure of meeting Hannah at a local coffee connection event with Creative Collective. If you haven't met Hannah, she is the kindest and most personable person that knows how to work with your ideas. As a small business, Hannah understood we had a tight budget. We have ordered hot/cold packs and cooling towels in the past and have not been disappointed. The print comes out clean, no issues with bleeding or fading. We were satisfied with both items. Although ordered separately, both items ordered came quicker than the estimated date. Hannah also ensured to guide us through the whole process which made the first order less daunting. I'd say, if you hesitate at all with ordering any product, just go for it! You can't be disappointed because the process is effortless.
This was such a quick and easy process. We had custom water bottles made and while I can't reveal them publicly (we're launching them for an event in a few weeks) they are perfect. Hannah was a pleasure to work with!

Hannah is wonderful! I have talked to Hannah several times and she has a lot of experiences working with small businesses. She has helped me on two occasions. The first time she helped give me options and come up with the perfect give away for a unique business. The second time was in starting my new business where she helped me get some clothing to help brand my new company. She is great regardless of what your needs are. She helped me look professional and well established which is key for my new company and she is great at making the process easy. I didn't have to do much of anything to get the order started and when I did have questions she was responsive and helpful. I plan to use again!
